Delete your data

Disconnect first
Open your connector settings in Muse and disconnect Find Me Money. That revokes our access token immediately, so nothing further can be sent to us.
Then request deletion
Email support@slashspend.ai from the address on your account with the subject line “Delete my data”. Please do not include financial credentials in that request.
What gets removed
Every minimized source record, opportunity, case, outcome event, claim packet draft, watch, product measurement event, and connector account record associated with your account. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days and will confirm when it is done.
What survives, and why
Redacted audit events are kept for up to 180 days because they are our record that a request happened and was authorized. They contain no request payload, no bearer token, and no merchant or amount data. Anything we are required to keep by law is kept only as long as the law requires.
If you do nothing
Data expires on its own. Opportunities are removed after 90 days, claim packet drafts after 30 days, and candidate fingerprints after 24 hours.
