What the service is
Find Me Money evaluates facts you choose to share against a versioned set of rules and returns an estimate of what may be recoverable, along with the rule it applied, any deadline, the evidence you would need, and how confident it is.
No guarantee, and no legal advice
Nothing here is a statement that you are entitled to money. Eligibility is decided by a merchant, airline, card issuer, or regulator, and their determination is the one that counts. Amounts shown are estimates, not confirmed entitlements, and this service does not provide legal advice.
Nothing is sent for you
Every refund request is a draft for your review. The connector does not contact a third party, submit a claim, open a dispute, cancel a service, make a purchase, or move money. Sending anything is your decision and your action.
Coverage is incomplete on purpose
Merchant policies and jurisdictions are added only after review. Where a rule has not been reviewed for your merchant or country, the service reports that it is unsupported rather than guessing. Absence of coverage is not a statement that no policy exists.
Fees
There is no charge for the current version and no success fee is collected. Any future pricing will be disclosed before it applies to you.
Acceptable use
Submit only facts about your own accounts, or accounts you are authorized to act for. Do not submit credentials, card or bank numbers, government identifiers, or other people’s personal information.
