Getting help
Email support@slashspend.ai. Include the request ID Muse showed you, which lets us find the exact evaluation in our audit log without needing any of your financial details.
Please do not send
Card or bank account numbers, passwords, one-time codes, government identifiers, or full statements. We do not need them, and our systems reject them on sight.
If a finding looks wrong
Tell us the request ID and what you expected. Rules are versioned, so we can see exactly which version produced your result and correct the rule if it was wrong.
Disconnecting
You can disconnect the connector in Muse at any time. To remove your data as well, use the deletion page.
